The final DHK Community Education and Prevention Series event of the year will be offered on March 19th from 4:45 – 8:00p.m.!  This event will provide valuable information, tools and resources to parents with children of all ages.

Our featured guest speaker, the former Dean of Freshmen at Stanford and New York Times best-selling author Julie Lythcott-Haims, will begin her presentation at 6:45 p.m., making the case for parents to stop defining their children’s success via grades and test scores.  To learn more about Julie, visit her website: https://www.julielythcotthaims.com/

Prior to our keynote speaker, small group sessions will be offered from 4:45-6:30 pm.  Join us for these sessions led by local experts and therapists supporting topics such as parenting through grief/trauma, understanding technology, the power of sleep, navigating divorce successfully, building literacy with your child, behavioral supports in the home, and parenting healthy athletes.

The event will be held at Rockford Senior High School, 4100 Kroes St., Rockford, MI.
