2013-2014 Enrollment Forms
Enrollment forms for the 2013-2014 school year are now available online (see Enrollment link above), at your elementary school, and at the Preschool and Child Care Services Office.
Update - Tuition Payments - Families can now make payments themselves online.
The link "pay your bill online" is located at the top and bottom of your invoice. Payments can be made at your convenience and for any amount with a debit/credit card. We are now accepting American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa.
If you do not want to self pay, please contact the office, 616.863.6560, we will set up your account to automatically charge your debit/credit card for the full amount due, between the 23rd. and 27th. of each month. Checks and cash are also accepted.

Mar. 3-12:** Email registration March 3rd - 12th, or until full, for No School days of April 4, 7-11; JDeward@rockfordschools.org PLEASE include the grade your child is in and if there are any special needs/allergies. Care at the Administration Building if 15 or more students enroll by 5:00 pm on March 12, 2014, for any of the days. Please bring a lunch, a drink and outside clothing. Confirmation of care/no care, for any of the days, will be sent via email shortly after the registration deadline. If you cancel after 5:00 pm on March 12, your account will be charged.
Mar. 13:** Email registration starting at 6:00 pm for Summer School Age Program; JDeward@rockfordschools.org PLEASE include the following in your email:
"Summer Enrollment" in the subject line
Name of the child
Name of the school currently attending
Grade your child is entering Sept., 2014
Days needing care (2 set days minimum) Flexible schedules cannot be accommodated
Any special needs/allergies.
Care is at the Administration Building. Confirmation of care will be sent via email within a few weeks after the registration deadline. The $70.00 deposit and any changes or cancellations to your schedule are due by 5:00 pm on April 25, 2014. If you cancel after April 25, you will be responsible for one half of the total summer tuition. The one time program fee of $65.00 per child will be applied to your account. Tuition is $35.00 per day/per child, with a 2 set-day minimum.

2013-2014 Before and After School Program
Our purpose for this program is to provide quality care for Rockford children, and to enhance children's physical, intellectual, social and emotional development. We also want to recognize and encourage individual interests and talents, and promote the school as a safe, secure and stimulating place.
In order to assure that both parents and children adjust as quickly and happily as possible to the BAC Program, and to prevent any misunderstandings, we ask that all parents and guardians carefully read all of the information within the BAC website. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us at the Child Care Services Office, 616.863.6560. The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and open limited hours on district no school days. There is a 24 hour voice message system available as well.
This program is for school-aged children in developmental kindergarten through fifth grade and is available every day at each elementary school from 7:00 to 8:30 am and 3:30 to 6:00 pm. The cost will be $6.00 per day per child for the morning session and $9.00 per day per child for the afternoon session. A $25.00 non-refundable family registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. There is no sibling discount.
Enrollment is available throughout the school year. Children are given opportunities to participate in games, arts, crafts, literacy, homework, and outside and/or gym time. A snack is provided after school each day. On scheduled non-school half days, care is available at your BAC site; extra sign-up is required to attend. Our program is also available at the Administration Building on scheduled non-school full days such as in-service days and some holiday breaks. Email registration is required to attend. Please refer to the Announcement Link at the left for specific sign-up days and times.
With the exception of the start of school, children can start attending BAC 48 hours after the completed paperwork and the family registration fee has been received in the Preschool and Child Care office.
Clothing - Children should dress accordingly to the weather conditions for both inside and outside play. With all of the outside and gym activities we enjoy – tennis shoes, which stay on the feet, are a must! The program is not responsible for lost items. Valuable/electronic items should not be brought to the program.
Parent Information Boards - Parents learn much about the program by observing the parent information boards when they drop off or pick up their child. Advance notice of upcoming events will be posted. It is the parent’s responsibility to check the board for information.
