2014-2015 Enrollment Forms
Enrollment forms for the 2014-2015 school year are now available online (see Enrollment link above), and at the Preschool and Child Care Services office. The one time family enrollment fee is $40.00. Minimum enrollment is one (1) am or pm for four (4) weeks. We do not offer drop in care.

Your account balance must be current to enroll. Enrollment will continue until the program is full, or until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015. Charges will be billed to your account for cancellations received after 5:00 pm, Feb. 10th. We must have a minimum of 15 enrolled students each day to offer the care. Confirmation of care will be sent after the cutoff date. Your child will need to bring the following:
Lunch with a drink
Appropriate clothing for playing outdoors, in the gym, etc.
Electronic devices are not allowed

- Days needing care (2 set days minimum) Flexible schedules cannot be accommodated

NOTE: Program has been extended to children who have completed 6th grade.
Care is TENTATIVELY at the Administration Building*. Confirmation of care will be sent via email within a few weeks after the registration deadline. The fee and any changes or cancellations to your schedule are due by April 24, 2015. If you cancel after the cutoff date, you will be responsible for one half of the total summer tuition.
*Tentative Location: subject to change due to possible construction schedule.
Dates: Wednesday, June 10 - Friday, August 21st.
Note New End Date: The program will end two (2) weeks prior to the start of school; school begins Tuesday, September 8, 2015. The program will be closed on July 3rd.
Fee: $70.00 per child, due on or before April 24, 2015.
Tuition: $35.00 per day, per child; you must enroll for the entire summer for a minimum of two set days per week.

2014-2015 Before and After School Program
Our purpose for this program is to provide quality care for Rockford children, and to enhance children's physical, intellectual, social and emotional development. We also want to recognize and encourage individual interests and talents, and promote the school as a safe, secure and stimulating place.
In order to assure that both parents and children adjust as quickly and happily as possible to the BAC Program, and to prevent any misunderstandings, we ask that all parents and guardians carefully read all of the information within the BAC website. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us at the Child Care Services office, 616.863.6560. The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and open limited hours on district no school days. There is a 24 hour voice message system available as well.
This program is for school-aged children in developmental kindergarten through fifth grade and is available every day at each elementary school from 7:00 to 8:30 am and 3:30 to 6:00 pm. The cost will be $6.00 per day per child for the morning session and $9.00 per day per child for the afternoon session. A $25.00 non-refundable family registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. There is no sibling discount.
Enrollment is available throughout the school year. Children are given opportunities to participate in games, arts, crafts, literacy, homework, and outside and/or gym time. A snack is provided after school each day. On scheduled non-school half days, care is available at your BAC site; extra sign up is required to attend. Our program is also available at the Administration Building on scheduled non-school full days such as in-service days and some holiday breaks. Email registration is required to attend. Please refer to the Announcement Link at the left for specific sign up days and times.
With the exception of the start of school, children can start attending BAC 48 hours after the completed paperwork and the family registration fee has been received in the Preschool and Child Care office.
Clothing - This program is not responsible for lost items. Valuables/electronic items should not be brought to the program.
Parent Information Boards - Parents learn much about the program from the parent information boards when they drop off or pick up their child. Advance notice of upcoming events will be posted. It is the parent’s responsibility to check the board for information.
