This well-established 27 week program held at the Rockford Public Schools Administration Building, has been serving the children of Rockford for 35 years. This program emphasizes school readiness through the teaching of cognitive and social skills. The staff develops a warm, nurturing relationship with each child and his/her family. Classes are offered for children three and four years old. Children must be completely toilet trained. Enrollment is now available in the Monday/Wednesday 3 year old class which meets from 8:45-10:15 a.m. and in both of the 4 year old classes which are offered Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 1:00-3:00 p.m. All of our staff are trained in early childhood, CPR and first aid.
