- Start the day right: A full, healthy breakfast with protein helps boost focus.
- Get plenty of rest: A good night's sleep is essential for doing their best.
- Encourage effort: Remind your student to try their hardest—we’re proud of their growth!

Girls on the Run- spots still open!
There are still spots available to sign up for Girls on the Run and financial assistance is available! Practices start 2/24 on Tuesdays and Thursdays (3:45-5:15). Click the link to join in on the fun!
