Drop Off / Pick Up Procedures

Drop Off

1. Drop your student off between 8:25-8:35 a.m. 
2. Drop off during this time will ONLY be allowed in the “GREEN ZONE”. 
3. Follow map directions for traffic flow. 
4. Pull into the FRONT HALF CIRCLE and drive as far forward as possible. 
5. Parents are to stay in their vehicles. 
6. Once stopped in the “GREEN ZONE” unload at once. 
7. Student should sit in the BACK RIGHT SEAT of your vehicle with their backpack ready for safe exit. Students exit vehicle from passenger side. 
8. Staff will be in the “GREEN ZONE” to greet students. 
9. Late arrivals (after 8:35 a.m.) will need to walk your student into the vestibule and sign them in.

Pick Up

1. Pick up begins at 3:30 p.m.
2. Parent pick up sign must be hanging from rear view mirror each day. (You will receive this the first week.) 
3. Parents will enter pick up zone and pull the furthest forward. 
4. Only your student (s) will be going with you. 
5. Parents will wait in vehicle for student(s). 
6. If student is not ready, you may be asked to drive and wait in the parking lot. 

In General

1. Observe if your behaviors are slowing down the line. 
2. We do not allow pick up changes or combined family pick-ups. We suggest making arrangements to meet after school. Medical appointments for late drop off or early pick up just require note/call to office  AT LEAST 24 hours prior.
