Alternative High School
Hand2Hand is a service that provides weekend food to West Michigan Students.
Their Model:
1 in 5 kids in Michigan are at risk of hunger. Hand2Hand delivers nutritious food to students over the weekends and on extended school breaks, when they are most vulnerable to hunger.
Anyone is eligible for this service, bags are delivered weekly to school and the students may discreetly take their bag home weekly. For more information and to sign up follow the link to the form. Reach out to the office if you have any questions!
