Days of OperationThe Hola Amigos Preschool follows the school year calendar starting after Labor Day and closing right around Memorial Day. The preschool is closed with the Rockford Public Schools for both Christmas and Spring Break recesses, snow days, and major holidays. Be aware that although the Hola Amigos Preschool is not announced as being closed by title, when the radio, TV, or district website announces that Rockford Public Schools are closed, this includes all of the Rockford Child Care Services, of which our preschool is a part. If, due to weather conditions, schools have a morning delay, there will be no morning preschool. However, the afternoon session will still meet. If schools are dismissed early, there will be no afternoon preschool. The first snow day will not be made up, but additional snow days will be made up in June. Please check the calendar for holiday closure dates, snow make-up dates, and other important dates regarding your child’s class.
